I have been competing competitively as a bodybuilder since 2008, winning several shows and my pro card status in 2019.

I have designed fitness programs for all types of people. Everyday gym goers, bodybuilders, professional athletes, celebrities to people who have never worked out.

Coaching Programs

Every program is tailored to the individual I am working with. There is NO set method when working with me.

I build programs based upon people’s goals, their abilities and current situation and lifestyle.

Each program contains:

- Personalised nutrition plan
- Personalised workout plan (home or gym)
- Personalised cardio plan
- Supplement recommendations (not mandatory, but advisory)
- WhatsApp support (for any questions on the go, adjustments to program,  off
schedule events, voice note explanations, etc.)
- Weekly Check ins and assessments to monitor progress & make necessary adjustments to
your program to ensure progress keeps moving forward

Summary of coaching:

- When working with any individual I build the program based on their application form. Once I have all the information I need, I go away and build the program for that individual.
- Once you receive your plan, our journey starts. We do what we need to do, to get you where you need to be. You can ask me anything at any time. I want results just as much as you do,
- Nothing is set in stone with how I coach people, each week we assess your progress and program, and we adjust things when needed to keep your progress moving
- You have 24hr / daily support during your program. I do not just send a program and that’s it. This is a journey and we are on it together
