My Story

I was overweight my whole childhood – from 5 years old to 17. They used to make us weigh ourselves in school, and I remember dreading it every single time. 5 years old, 5 stone. 6 years old, 6 stone. Every year, another stone heavier.

Losing weight was hard. Gaining it was easy. I was stuck.

At 17, I started cutting out the junk – the 10 donuts after school, the fried chicken and chips multiple times a week, the packs of sweets every day. I lost a bit of weight, and for the first time in my life, I got noticed. A girl said “you’ve lost weight, you look good” and I felt like a million pounds. That’s when I knew I wanted more.

I saw a picture of a bodybuilder and told someone in my class, “I bet you a million pounds one day I’ll get on stage and look like that.” She laughed. But I had a vision in my head of what it would feel like to finally have a six pack, to step on stage, to look in the mirror and actually like what I saw.

Every day on the treadmill, every meal I ate, all I thought about was that image. Even when I looked in the mirror and was still out of shape with so much work to do, I never saw what I actually was – I saw what I was going to become. That vision kept me going.

I ended up competing in bodybuilding. I’ve spent 15+ years experimenting on myself – natural training, anabolics, peptides, different diets, different protocols. I’ve worked with some of the best coaches, pushed my body to extremes, and learned what works and what doesn’t.

Now I take everything I’ve learned – from being that overweight kid who thought change was impossible, to competing on stage, to optimizing my health and performance with cutting-edge protocols – and I use it to coach thousands of people worldwide.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body. I know what it’s like to doubt you’ll ever get there. And I know exactly how to get you unstuck – because I’ve walked that path myself, and I’ve walked thousands of others through it too.
