From That Kid
to This

I was overweight my whole childhood, from 5 to 17. They made us weigh ourselves in school and I dreaded it every time. 5 years old, 5 stone. 6 years old, 6 stone. Every year another stone heavier.

Losing weight was hard. Gaining it was easy. I was stuck.

At 17 I cut out the junk, the donuts after school, the fried chicken, the sweets every day. I lost a bit, and for the first time in my life I got noticed. A girl told me I looked good, and I felt like a million pounds. That’s when I knew I wanted more.

I saw a picture of a bodybuilder and told a girl in my class, “I bet you a million pounds one day I’ll get on stage and look like that.” She laughed. But I had the vision in my head, the six pack, the stage, looking in the mirror and finally liking what I saw. Every meal, every session on the treadmill, that’s all I thought about. I never saw what I was. I saw what I was going to become.

I ended up competing. I’ve spent 15+ years experimenting on myself, natural, anabolics, peptides, every diet and protocol, working with some of the best coaches and pushing my body to extremes to learn what works and what doesn’t.

Now I take all of it, from the overweight kid who thought change was impossible to the stage to optimizing my health with cutting-edge protocols, and I use it to coach thousands of people worldwide. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body. I know what it’s like to doubt you’ll ever get there. And I know exactly how to get you out, because I’ve walked it myself, and I’ve walked thousands of others through it too.

That’s why I do this. That feeling when you turn the corner, when you look in the mirror and like what you see, when you feel strong and in control of your body for the first time in your life. It’s fucking amazing. And everyone deserves to feel it.
